Mumbai: Though the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) plans a four-fold increase in parking charges, frequent users of parking lots need not worry as the civic body will soon introduce a monthly pass scheme for them with special discounts.

With this, the BMC intends to do away with the touts who have been issuingmonthly passes 'unofficially'.
