the chairman of the Kerala science, technology and environment department ( sted ), A D Damodaran, has ordered the setting up of the Kerala Biodiversity Board ( kbb ). The board will advise the government on all decisions relating to implementation of provisions of the Convention on Biological Diversity ( cbd )
