Berger Pakistan admits to dumping toxic waste in Karachi
Berger Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, accused of dumping toxic waste in Karachi's Orangi Town, admitted to the Sindh High Court on March 28, 2007, that it has failed to submit its environmental monitoring report on a regular basis due to the "rush of work'.
