Universal access to toilet facilities
Chennai THE Third Tamil Nadu State Report of the 2005-06 National Family Health Survey says access to a toilet facility is almost universal in Chennai. This even as there is dearth of well maintained public toilets and the social nuisance of public urination in the city .
