Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Satish Kumar Vs Union of India & Ors. regarding plastic collection and burning in the area of Mundka and Nangloi villages of Delhi dated 20/05/2013. NGT directs the Police to ensure that no plastic is burnt in that area nor any plastic waste is carried out from that area.
