Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Mustak Kadri Vs State of Gujarat dated 24/05/2019 regarding purchase of 4000 BS-IV buses for non-essential purposes by Gujarat. Purchase of diesel buses is alleged to be in violation of Supreme Court and NGT orders. Gujarat has been directed to furnish its response by way of a factual and action taken report in the matter within one month.
