1/3 city to face water crisis from Dec 9-11
Tankers, Tubewells To Remain On Stand By Lucknow: Water supply to almost one-third households of the city would remain affected from December 9 to 11 as Jal Nigam will be replacing an old raw water pipeline of Gaughat pumping station with a new pipe of increased capacity. This infrastructure enhancement is part of JNNURM (Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission) work.
