PIL against cabinet for junking Adarsh report
Govt In For More Trouble, BJP To File 3 Writ Petitions Apublic interest litigation has been filed before the Bombay high court seeking directions to the CBI to consider the judicial commission report in the Adarsh case. It also asks that the investigation agency prosecute the state cabinet for attempting to shield the accused by thwarting the panel’s findings.
