The Lokpal and Lokayuktas Bill, 2013
A Bill to provide for the establishment of a body of Lokpal for the Union and Lokayukta for States to inquire into allegations of corruption against certain public functionaries and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. This document contains the text of the Bill as passed by Lok Sabha on 29 December 2011 and incorporates the amendments made by the Rajya Sabha on 17 December 2013. The amendments made by Rajya Sabha were accepted by Lok Sabha on 18 December 2013.
