Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Villagers of Village Doongri Khurd Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. dated 20/03/2014 regarding mines under operation in village of Doongri Khurd, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board has submitted before the tribunal that out of 12 mines under operation , only six have been granted pollution control and for the remaining pollution control has not been granted and thus have been ordered to be closed-down.
