HC orders action against Essel World for causing harm to mangroves
The court asked Maharashtra Pollution Control Board to be made one of the respondents in this petition. The Bombay high court on Wednesday directed the Thane collector to take action against Essel World for reclamation of wetlands and destruction of mangroves at Gorai in Borivali (West).
