Order of the Allahabad High Court in the matter of Triveni Prasad & Others Vs Union of India & Others dated 05/04/2016 regarding land acquisition by the National Highways Authority of India to widen the road and to raise a Toll Plaza, village Dakhina Sheikhpur, Tehsil Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Allahabad High Court refused to interfere with the acquisition proceedings of the land and dismissed the petition. The court said that the land was acquired for a public purpose and subjected to proper acquisition proceedings.
