Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vardhaman Kaushik Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 24/05/2016 regarding pollution level of major cities in India. NGT directs the CPCB to place before the Tribunal complete data in relation to the population density, car density, total pollution of the area and the pollution level of major cities in the entire country.
