Order of the Supreme Court of India regarding rising air pollution in Delhi NCR, 25/11/2016
Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 25/11/2016 regarding rising air pollution in Delhi NCR. Ranjit Kumar Solicitor General pursuant to Supreme Court Order dated 10th November, 2016 presented before the Apex Court a draft of graded responses to different levels of pollution. A copy of the responses, as proposed in the said Draft, has been handed over to counsel opposite and Sunita Narayan to enable her to look into the matter and suggest such improvements and changes as may be considered necessary and feasible.
