This Application is moved from the President’s Secretariat for permission to get diesel BS-IV compliant 2149cc Ambulance bearing Chassis No. MC1E4CLA7HP043880 and Engine No. D61002858 to be registered in Delhi. NGT grants permission for registering of the BS-IV Compliant vehicle as it is used for medical purpose and directs the R.T.O. (Regional Transport Office) to register the same in accordance with law.
