Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Almitra H. Patel & Others Vs. Union of India & Others dated 25/07/2017 regarding municipal solid waste management in public buildings and public spaces of Delhi. All the Corporations, through their Commissioners, are directed to file affidavit stating as to how they propose to deal with the dumping sites under their jurisdiction and any proposed action for construction of waste to energy or any other plant to deal with the municipal solid waste in Delhi. All the Corporations are directed to give the exact quantum of waste being generated in Delhi.
