Chakri noisier than bombs, finds MPCB’s cracker testing
Nagpur: The widely used cracker, whistling wheel, popularly known as ‘chakri’, creates more noise pollution than bombs. This surprising revelation came to the fore following a pre-Diwali test of firecrackers
