Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ganpat Ram Mirdha Vs State of Rajasthan & Others dated 15/05/2019 regarding the health effects of air pollution caused by stone crushing units in the villages of Koliya, Naka ke Dhani, Nozalo ke Dhani and Bandolai ke Dhani in Tehsil Didwana, District Nagaur, Rajasthan.

NGT had directed the Director Medical Health, State of Rajasthan to constitute a team of three medical doctors from Jaipur, in consultation with the Principal Medical Colleges, Sawai Man Singh, Hospital, Jaipur, relating to pulmonary diseases. The said team was to immediately visit four villages namely, Koliya, Naka ke dhani, Nozalo ke Dhani and Bandolai ke Dhani in Tehsil Didwana, District Nagaur and submit a report. But the report was filed by the Chief Medical & Health Officer, Nagaur, Rajasthan and the study area was also limited to just one village of Koliya.

The NGT directs appointment of a Court Commissioner, who will be a doctor having experience of pulmonary diseases. The Commissioner would have a team of two or more doctors and visit the four villages and examine all the villagers.
