Sivakumar Vs The State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Chennai & Others dated 22/01/2020 regarding environmental clearance certificate sought by the C. Sivakumar (applicant) for a fire clay quarry situated in his patta lands in Karai (East) Village, Kumman Taluk, Perambalur District, Tamil Nadu.
The NGT directed the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority to go through the matter and submit a present status report of the application filed by the applicant.
