Delhi's air quality worsens; Will the graded action plan suffice?

Every year, the people of north India, especially Delhi, suffer from severe air pollution during the period of winter. The dip is air quality has many reasons including unfavourable weather, vehicles, stubble burning, etc. My Right to Breathe Member Jai Dhar Gupta says that from Lahore to Dhaka, the Indo-Gangetic Plain, about 700 million people are about to be exposed to a combined impact of COVID and air pollution. "There is a comprehensive action plan for air pollution which is supposed to happen throughout the year. These action plans have been made, but not much action has been taken," says CSE Clean Air Campaign Manager Avikal Somvanshi.
