Navin Rana in his application before the NGT said that Swarg Aashram trust, Gharwal is constructing shops within the distance of 100 meters from river Ganga. Additional Advocate General for the state of Uttarakhand has sought time to file reply on behalf of state and the District Magistrate, Pauri Garhwal.
