BHUBANESWAR: Albeit endowed with bounties of nature, Orissa has never made it to the league of ecotourism destinations such as Kerala, Goa, North East and Uttarakhand. The State Government is out to make amends for the loss and is busy chalking out plans for an Eco Tourism Policy.
