Finance developing nations to limit carbon emission: PM

New Delhi: Assuring that India will work for a purposeful outcome in the conference on climate change at Copenhagen conference starting from December 6-18, PM Manmohan Singh asked the developed countries responsible for damaging the climate in the last 150 years of industrialization, to finance the developing nations’ efforts on limiting carbon emission.
