Rs 1,000-cr Green Fund mooted
Rice at Rs 2 a kg for unorganised sector; health insurance scheme expanded.
The Kerala budget envisages setting up of a Green Fund worth Rs 1,000 crore over the next five years.
The Finance Minister, Dr Thomas Isaac, announced that Rs 100 crore had been set apart in the current budget for the fund.
