Varanasi: Shankaracharya of Jyotish Pith and Dwarka Sharda Pith Swami Swaroopanand Saraswati, who founded Ganga Seva Abhiyanam (GSA), and the members of National River Ganga Basin Authority (NRGBA) are seeking effective measures from the Centre and the state government to save the holy Ganga river. In the presence of Swami Swaroopanand, the Ganga Seva Abhiyanam, a campaign initiated by his disciples, hosted a two-day meeting at Shri Vidya Muth here on Saturday and Sunday.
