Parliamentary Standing Committee on Health and Family Welfare, present this Seventy-ninth Report of the Committee on the Drugs and Cosmetics(Amendment) Bill, 2013. In pursuance of Rule 270 of the Rules of procedure and Conduct of Business in the Council of States relating to the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committees, the Chairman, Rajya Sabha, referred the Drugs and Cosmetics(Amendment) Bill, 2013 as introduced in the Rajya Sabha on the 29th August , 2013 to the Committee on the 9th September, 2013 for examination and report by 08th November, 2013. Subsequently, the Committee was granted extension of time till 18th December, 2013.
