The Sarbanand Impex Private Limited, a Calcutta-based company, has signed a memorandum of understanding(MoU) with the Assam State Electricity Board (ASEB) for setting up of an 10 MW power plant by utilising solid waste material in the city.The plant will be installed at Sarusajai near Lakhra at the cost of Rs 85 crore.
