The 60 million poor people of UP are at the risk of falling behind if reforms to reduce poverty are not speeded up, says a World Bank (WB) report 'Poverty in India: The Challenge of Uttar Pradesh'. According to release issued by the WB the report examines the causes of poverty which are lack of resources, access and social relationships.
