Expressing serious concern at the uncertainty over the Rs 36,00 crore Assam Gas Cracker project at Tengakhat in Dibrugath district, whose fate hangs in the balance due to the dilly-dallying tactics of the Reliance Industries Limited, the promoter of the project, the All Assam Students' Union (AASU) today imposed a deadline of one month to the State and Central governments and the promoter-company to sort out the vexed gas-supply issue.
