The National Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), Dist. Development Office, Sivasagar in Assam in coordination with the district administration organised district level strategy meet on self-help groups (SHGs) and Kisan Credit Card (KCC) schemes here at DC's conference hall, recently. The programme was attended by 40 officials representing district level heads/ representatives of bank, block officials and leading NGOs/ Farmers' clubs.
