The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved a $1-million technical assistance (TA) grant to prepare a project for upgradation of urban infrastructure in the North-Eastern region. The grant is funded by the UK. The technical assistance will focus on Assam, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura.
