The Asian Development Bank (ADB) said that it had approved a $250m loan to finance a Rajasthan water supply project. The loan would finance the rehabilitation of water supply services in the cities of Ajmer, Bikaner, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur as well as improve waste water and solid waste management in these areas.
