A high-level delegation to Russia was hopeful of completing the "long overdue" final round of the techno-commercial offer (TCO) for two 1,000 MW Russian-made reactors for the proposed nuclear power plant at Koodankulam in Tamil Nadu by the end of June, according to the chairman and managing director of the Nuclear Power Corporation of India, Mr. V.K. Chaturvedi.
