The Union Minister of State and Family Welfare, Sri Dalit Ezhilmalai expressed concern that malaria and AIDS have emerged as the major health concerns in the North Eastern states and called upon the state governments of the region to invest more funds for bridging the glaring gaps in the primary health care system.
