The State Chief Minister, Mr S.M. Krishna, on Monday expressed displeasure over 'repeated efforts' ny Andhra Pradesh to 'violate' the Bacchawat Tribunal award on sharing of Krishna river water and appealed to the neighbouring State to desist from activities that would lead to 'souring' of inter-State relations.
