SC names expert : The Supreme Court has appointed an engineering expert as commissioner to examine all aspects relating to the erection of crest gates on Almatti dam and submit a detailed report to it. Sethi, director, of the National Institute of Hydrology in Uttar Pradesh, has been entrusted with the task.
