Former Delhi chief minister and BJP vice-president Madan Lal Khurana said the Union Ministers of Law, Environment, Petroleum, Petroleum and Natural Gas and Surface Transport will submit a joint affidavit in the Supreme Court on Friday recommending ultra low sulphur diesel (ULSD) as an alternative to CNG.
