Angola plans to restrict oil output, as part of a new strategy to make its huge oil reserves last longer. "We have to define our maximum production in the coming years, and not just keep developing fields so they get exhausted as fast as possible," Botelho de Vasconcelos, oil minister, said in a Financial Times interview.
