After a meeting in Delhi between the Deputy Chairman of the Planning commission, K.C. Pant and the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Mayawati, the Annual Plan for 2002-03 for the U.P. State was fixed at Rs 7,250 crores on the basis of identificable resources.
