The Andhra Pradesh government has prepared an action plan to make Andhra Pradesh a power surplus state in four years time. The state Energy Minister K Subharayudu told a news conference after a review meeting with the senior officials on Tuesday that the plan of action has ben prepared taking into consideration the present gap between the demand and supply and the anticipated increase in the demand in the coming four years.
