Chief Minsiter N D Tiwari formally launched the Rural Technology Action Group Project (RUTAG) in Uttaranchal in the presence of Dr R Chidambaram, Principal Advisor to the Government of India and several other highly accclaimed scientist of national and international repute, recently. It was the first launch in the country of its kind. It will be implemented in Uttaranchal as a Pilot Project.
