Japan has agreed to provide a soft-loan assistance amounting to 11,537 million yen(roughly Rs. 415 crores) for Bakreshwar Thermal Power Station Unit-3 Extension Project(II) and another 22.1 million yen(rs. 79 lakhs) grant for debt relief.
