Bangladesh is now being projected as a key to the development of the North-East as trade experts and industry captains focus on the country to develop trade ties. "There are historical, physical and economic trade advantages between Bangladesh and North-East India. It will help North-East India grow and the region must come out of the paranoia of the migration problem,' said Mr Kanak Mani Dixit, a renowned journalist and editor of Himal in Kathmandu.
