A Bangladeshi scientist said he developed a technology to generate power without any external fuel and recurring expenditure once the plant is started, reports BSS. The system will not require any external fuel and once started the plant will not require any recurring cost, Dr Adbul Khaleque, natural scientist, told the global journalists conference on climate change, sea level rise and water management in Dhaka.
