The Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) has come out strongly against reports that latest research by five of its scientists found the research of an earlier team, wherein the latter had estimated that protactinium- 231 (Pa-231) could be a good alternative to Uranium -231 as nuclear fuel, was way off the mark.
