Berlin and Paris fail to resolve N-waste dispute

Germany and france have failed in their latest attempt to resolve a row over nuclear transports that threatens to place a stranglehold around Germany's atomic power industry.Paris is refusing to allow the transport of german spent nuclear fuel rods for reprocessing in La Hague, France, until the Germans remvoe waste that has been left standing at the reprocessing site for three years.
