The fate of the BEST-promoted, Rs 1,400 crore, 320 mw naphtha-fired power project hangs in balance as the Maharashtra government and the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) have failed to take a decision on the allotment of land and other clearances required for the project.
