Stateowned Bharat Heavy Electric Limited (Bhel) has bagged a RS 75 crore order from Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) for setting up a 20 MW gas turbine-based cogeneration power plant at IOC's Barauni refinery in Bihar. The order comes close on the heels of a Rs 100 crore turnkey contract for a 30 MW cogeneration power plant at IOC's Panipat refinery, a Bhel release said.
