Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (Bhel) on Friday announced commissioning of the second 60 mw unit of the 240 mw Gerussopa hydro-electric project in record time. The project promoted by Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd are funded by the World Bank would have a 240 mw cumulative capacity after completion of all four generating sets of 60 mw each.
