Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited is to set up in Delhi the environment-frinedly 330 megawatt gas-based Pragati Power Project. The power generating unit will be the first of its kind in the country to have extremely low emission levels because of the use of dry low nitrogen oxide combustors in the gas turbines, a Bhel spokesman said.
